• receiving requests from customers, evidencing, and addressing these requests

Requirements:
• Experience and general knowledge in IT
• A basic understanding of computer and network hardware and a desire to learn more
• Personality fit: customer-oriented, organized, neat, flexible, desire to learn, diligent, responsible, reliable, accurate, hard worker, team player, communicative, entrepreneurial, understands the concept of service
• Native Czech and a communicative level of English; all other languages are pluses
• Minimally finished high school
• Desired but not mandatory: experience as a 1st line support, customer care, or helpdesk specialist/operator/engineer, experience as a systems or network engineer, a university degree in IT or Computer Science or related field
